SUPERVALU India provides 24x7 On-Call Support, Database Installation, Setup, and Configuration, Database Administration, Database Maintenance, Database Propagation from Development to Test/QA to Production, Availability & Reliability Reporting, Security Enforcement, Backup/Recovery, Database Replication, Performance Tuning, Problem Resolution, Operational & Performance Monitoring, Operational Integration.

Network Operation Control

NOC proactively monitors the retail business WAN/ LAN networks and notifies the business users about the outage through automated notification system while working closely with the Tier 2 Network Operation Control (NOC) teams onsite.

Our network experts examine and correlate the NOC monthly metrics numbers and assist in Tier 3 Network Operations team (and other departments).

Middleware

We primarily provide Tier 3 support for Application and Web servers like WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, IIS, JBoss, Cold Fusion, SharePoint and Documentum. We involve in maintenance and support of development, QA and Production environments.

Our daily operations include Application deployments, performance issues and troubleshooting with respect to Application and Web servers.

 
 

Asset/Vendor management

IT Vendor Management's purpose is to facilitate technology acquisitions, maintenance/lease renewals and IT contract approvals by: 

  • Providing centralized and consistent sourcing of hardware, software, and services for projects and renewals. These will include traditional as well as auctioned, competitive events as we work hand in hand with the Strategic Sourcing department.

Operations Bridge

Specialized in Tier 2 support activities we provide enterprise-wide support of 200+ retail stores and multiple warehouses with over 850 UNIX, Linux and Windows NT, 2000 & 2003 servers and over 4000 Windows-based client computers and registers. We provide our retail business users a central point to receive help on various issues.
